Music has been a part of nature for as long as the world has known sound. In band, choir, and orchestra, we will be perusing a myriad of musical styles because our creation of music must be in sync with the style of a specific time period. It would also be odd to try to add layers of sound upon a piece from the Renaissance, where the textures are very light and dance-like. What period of music do you find the most fascinating? Please explain why.
